Regular Shipping Shipping + Handling, Ships in 7 Business Days (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Generally takes a total of 5 to 9 Business Days to arrive/ Extended due to USPS delivery delays & requires signature confirmation – Shipping to U.S. addresses:
Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
All orders are processed and shipped out from Los Angeles, California.
This offer is valid in 48 continental U.S. but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.
For orders over $300, package will be sent with Signature Required. If a signature is unobtainable and package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers. If we were unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, your order processing maybe delayed for additional days. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone for updates on any delays.

Our packages ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
Canadian Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days Shipping +$ 5Handling
Canadian Express Shipping: 4 to 5 business days Shipping +$ 8Handling
International Shipping (excluding Canada): 5-14 business days Shipping + $8Handling
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

We hate to see an important package arrive late so please be sure to choose the best shipping option based on your needs.
Once an order is shipped, you will be sent an email to the email address provided to us on your order with a tracking number. It is important that you use this information to track the package so that you do not miss a delivery attempt.
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred and are not included in the amounts shown for an item or for shipping. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such import charges, taxes and duties. We cannot guarantee that our products meet the import requirements of every country. Additional Fees May Apply Depending on Actual Shipping Costs: For Canadian and International shipments there may be a surcharge, an extra fee or charge, depending on the number of items ordered or the weight and bulk of the items ordered. The shipping fee is the cost used to ship items to the customer. The surcharge is an amount added on to your order beyond the initially quoted price. Once we know if there is a surcharge we will contact you with the difference.
